The rooms are not maintained well. The service is horrible. We felt like the hotel staff didn’t want us there.

The food quality of the in-house restaurant is just awesome. The complimentary breakfast is also good and staffs are very much courteous and friendly. This is my 3rd time visit to Mysuru and I can't think of any other hotel to stay other than Jade Garden.

Room were clean and hygiene. Complementary breakfast is ok. Parking is good. Swimming pool is good. Location is good to the people who looks bit far from city.

it was a good experience. The location is near our office. The quality of food is also great. Staff also treat the visitors well. Ambience is also good.

Overall, we had a great experience. Nice stay. Perfect location. Food is decent. Good for families.

I will start with the cons- 1. Their air conditioner and remotes are dated. They have installed grills right next to the vent from where the cold air cimes out. Either it gets too cold or it doesn't cool at all. They initially alloted a room on 3rd floor which was hot like hell with the ac not cooling. I had to switch rooms within 2 hours. 2. They are lying in the name of complimentary hi tea. The only thing they provided was a cup of tea. This was after I fought for it. On the 2nd day, their hotel guy even issued a bill for the complimentary cup of tea. 3. They even refused to provide complimentary laundry of 2 articles on Day 2 of my stay. 4. sold me a super package. these guys initially refused to acknowledge it saying that for this price you cannot get this package. 5. the light in the washroom is too dim. 6. the water pressure in the shower is horrible. its not a hotel shower. 7. Even in this era, they don't have smart locks. pros 1. the location is good. 2. the room and the hotel was clean. 3. breakfast was decent. 4. there are 2 in house restaurants.

Bad AC n cockroach infested room made the stay a very unpleasant one. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Property is excellent, food is average, service is excellent in jade garden Mysore
